As part of the Government's plans to open 160 diagnostic hospitals across the country by 2025, they have announced that there will be 4 more community diagnostic hospitals (on top of the 73 that are open already). These hospitals are set to deliver additional CT, MRI, ultrasound, endoscopy and ultrasound tests to help tackle the NHS backlog.
I am running a campaign to ensure that one of these diagnostic hospitals are opened on Stockton High Street, providing an easily accessible facility to the people of Stockton to help tackle the NHS backlog and address the vast life expectancy inequalities across our borough. As well as lobbying ministers, I need your help to show the public support out there for one of these hubs to open right here.
Please sign the petition below and add your voice to the calls to ensure that Stockton benefits from a brand new diagnostic hospital!
